@Jononutoob Exactly when have you personally seen me attack anyone for burning a flag? I don't give a crap about someone burning a flag made out of polyester, but I do give a crap when someone targets the founding principles the flag is meant to represent with false words.
Do you know what figure of speech is, imbecile? I follow the constitution in the way that I keep my public officials in check to protect my unalienable rights endowed by my creator.
Geez, did you just graduate preschool?

@xSonsofSunsx You are an American who attacks those who burn a flag. If you dont like people burning the flag then grow the fuck up and try to actually restore the constitution to your locality, state, or country. Stop insulting those who see the bullshit and act on it. You attack the person who burns the flag yet do nothing to those who spit on the bill of rights and constitution. Also YOU cant follow the constitution because the constitution is to limit public officials.

@1ND1G0O It is freedom of speech AND disrespect -___- and the people who were upset are also showing freedom of speech. And the people burning flags are also "so upset". And your insinuation that people speaking out against others' speech is against the first amendment betrays a complete lack of understanding of the first amendment. The first amendment doesnt keep you from being criticized for what you say. It just keeps the government from throwing you in jail.

The irony is, I bet everyone in this crowd considers Muslims primitive fanatics for rioting when someone burns a Koran.
-
@Jononutoob I think you took everything out of context and just added some more stupidity to your comments. We're not talking about the government or what it does in foreign affairs, we're talking about the flag and the virtues it was founded upon.
Don't even compare me to you as a conservative, I don't like to play a politician's game of separating the masses by political attributes. I am me, an American, who follows the constitution even if you say it's a faint reality. I don't give up.

BURN ALL THE FLAGS!
-
@Jononutoob Now if we actually lived by a constitution and the federal government actually was a union of willing states then I would respect such a flag. But we dont live in that reality. You cant have a constitutional republic without the utmost strict adherence to a constitution. But go ahead and wave your flags and cheer USA. Be a good Roman who follows the federalist state.
-
@xSonsofSunsx Doing the pledge today is like pledging allegiance to something that doesnt exist. You should open your eyes and actually look at laws created and look at actions done by this government which you blindly follow as if it is the constitution. The American flag has a snake on it. The United States of America federal government flag has 50 stars and red/white stripes. The federal govt disobeys the constitution, therefore the flag which represents it should be burned.
-
@xSonsofSunsx That is the pledge of allegiance. Good for you. United States is a democracy friend. That is why we are spreading democracy to the middle east, we arent spreading constitutionalism. America is a democratic republic but I agree it should be a constitutional republic. You see you are confusing reality with what you are told or taught. We have a constitution, it just isnt followed so we dont really have it. Also I am a conservative and I dont like welfare system.
-
@Jononutoob "I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands."
What sort of republic is the United States of America for which the flag stands for? A constitutional republic. What makes a constitutional republic? A constitution, which we have.
Instead of responding to my comments with your ignorance, you better hurry up and collect your food stamps before they run out. Wouldn't want you being hungry and grouchy all the time.
I dont see why everyone is so upset! In my opinion this is a matter of freedom of speech and expression not disrespect! First Amendment rights like those dont just let us say and do things that everyone agrees with but more importantly things that are controversial! Thats the entire reason we have a fist amendment. Having the right to say and do things people may not like is one of the things that make this country great, and the more conservitive counties inferior.
