Buying Fireworks and the Ride Home

I am not encouraging anyone to break the fireworks laws in United States. This video is to address a concern from one of my subscribers.

HEy Dave, here in Holland the government had the same problem. A lot of Dutch people living near the Belgium border always went to Belgium to buy their Fireworks there (because it''s bigger, better and cheaper) They had the same strange rule there. For Belgium people it was not allowed to buy the big professionel ones, but the Dutch could easely get it when they had a form that everyone get if they have a own company (and it doesn't matter what kind of company)

@why0you0little I just love hearing these fireworks laws from around the world. The good thing is at least there is at least some way to make it work most of the time. Except those poor people in Australia I heard they have it hard getting any fireworks.

All Commiefornia residents (I am one as well, don't worry), for the past 3 hours I have done various amounts of buying "ILLEGAL FIREWORKS" I.E like the video explains, out of state purchases for Californians.

I would suggest, if you're willing, to make a trip out of it. Since I do not go to Vegas a lot, I do my firework shopping while I am there. So buy your fireworks during the trip, and store them safely.

As the video states AGAIN, be sure your fireworks are concealed. Don't be retarded.

I live in los angeles,ca and I get my stuff from Pharump,NV. Phantom does not ship to cali b/c they are illegal. If you want fireworks your going to have to make a trip.

actually all the states around wyoming fireworks are legal like Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Texas, Oklahoma...etc . You can get everything in these states from mortars, firecrackers and much more. Im from colorado and I travel to wyoming to get my stuff. I go off season though because fireworks stores in wyoming are permited to sell all year round.

@BeyondEvil308 They can ask you to do anything; it is up to you whether you want to do it. Most attorneys tell you never to grant permission for the police to search your vehicle. The answer is “Is everything alright with my license may I leave now.” If you do not feel like standing your ground, give the police the key so it will be them opening it and not you.

@displayfireworks1 i live in Delaware , and i plan on buying fireworks from the phantom fireworks in Upland Pennsylvania. but i was told from someone that residents from Delaware cannot buy from there. Why is that ?

@coldtrooper31337 I live in California it is a pain in the neck. The way most people get them in Ca is in Indian reservation's. That's how my friend gets them. He could get any kind of fireworks from there. Hope this helps a little bit.
