thanks so much for this video... I saw a different ( quicker) way of steaming the couscous and my husband finally complained about it when we were watching a documentary about it but i didnt get to see the full thing... thanks again! i'll let u know if he liked it or is just being picky ( missing his mom's home cooking)

You keep saying grain. Couscous is not a grain it is a pasta.
