this coming from full native american (ojibwa tribe) i kinda thought it was funny, and i just think that the people who made this didn't know any much about us at the time, so they used the stereotypics of the native american. so just laugh it off, its just a cartoon. a great cartoon. i love betty boop.

@Jcolinsol You were racist by assuming white people have never been subjected to racism. If you assume thing based on the color of a person's skin, that's racist. Congratulations. And yes, whites are subjected to racism quite often, especially recently (i.e. comments like the one you made, the accusation that all whites are racist, the accusation that all whites had ancestors who owned slaves, etc.).

I'm half Native and I don't find this racist...much, at least compared to all the other stuff cartoons from that generation have shown. Stereotypical? Certainly. Racist? Not really.
