I love Pompadour. He's such a scandal. And oddly more feminime than the female characters. He's the only reason I used to watch Babar.

@Lariel172 I always thought it was funny that he was much more slender than even the female elephants, and he does sound and act rather feminime...in fact that aspect was what made me like him. XD

I saw the episode where he and Cornelius had to run the monkey's ice cream shop and the poor things were overwhelmed; it remains one of my favourite episodes. And this from a show I usually don't really like.

LOL! I agree! Pompadour was the only reason I watched Babar as well and a lot of the people that watched the show thought that he was a woman (and Cornelius's wife since they tended to act like an old married couple) because of his femininity. Ever notice that he's even slimmer than all of the other elephants?
