no lee, the bill gives affordability credits to that example woman to help her get the insurance, if she qualifies, and Stupak doesn't believe any credits/refunds/govt money should go to any insurance plan that covers abortion. When you say her own money, you're leaving out that she may have received an affordability credit to pay for part of that policy. Luckily Stupak's amendment sailed through with 57 ish Democrats joining Republicans.
There is NO federal money in the HR 3962, never has been. What the Stupak-Pitt bill state is that a women can not purchase health insurance from a PHI company that offers abortion, (using her OWN money.) This is back door bullshit! Read the Hyde amendment and HR 3962 before showing your ignorance!
We are all answerable for our actions, just not to you!
The House health care bill explicitly authorizes the Administration to pay for all elective abortions under the "public option". Enrollees (regardless of moral convictions) must pay into abortion coverage. Abortionists would send bills for abortions to the federal government, and receive payment checks from a federal account. Due to funding channels, the Hyde Amendment won't apply to any funds used to establish or operate either the "public option" or the premium-subsidy program.
The whole point of insurance is to plan for an unplanned event.

Our current President emits an obvious lie here.
