Beautiful song. Even though im 13 yrs old, I still love this kind of music! I wish other teenagers wouldn't make fun of me just because I love 70s and 80s music, instead of rap!!

Absolutely NOTHING wrong with listening to this type of music. Personally, I listen to more of this kinda stuff, than any up-to-date music. Not because it's all bad, but I just relate to this stuff more.

@kristadanielle1225 this song is a song that I relate with on so many levels it's almost scary. It tells a story about me, and many troubles I have had to overcome...it's a song that brings the tears I refuse to shed, and gives me the courage to face those hard challenges life seems to throw in a persons path. This song is so meaningful on so many levels!!! And it is delivered beautifully!!!! Thanks to all!!!

I remember this from grade school & thought this was beautiful & still a timeless song. Thank you LauraSpahn for bringing this to music class in 1977 to St Thomas School in Decatur IL. Memories!!!!
