Actually we should understand, when we chose to fly with Airasia, the food we have to pay , the seat very narrow and less flight crew all this due to cheap fare, for me its more than enough since my intention to reach at the destination... I'm frequent flyer using Airasia and notice there is some issue on this route only rest of the route quite OK...but there is oppucunity with Airasia to improve their services

That Airhostress instructs him in Tamil... though its not her mother toung her language is very good.. but the man who gives speech must be a tamilian but he is not able to read tamil script properly.. really sad..

I dont take it that way. Low cost carrier means a simple operation to cut cost, Any airline that fly less then 8 hr in total & stop less than 2hr at destination will carry the return leg serve meal with them from the origin country. AK total hour to TRZ is 7.15 hrs. The crew attitude, i think u r right. But there r best crew in Ak flights also.. I have a male attendent superbly serve me while on route from KUL-TWU sector. dont compare MAS & AK. its like sellecting hotels 5* to 3* i can say..
