  • Depends what You want to achieve and how quick. our lightest Hula Hoop is 1.6 kg. the heavier it is - easier to spin. 20 min a day is sufficient enough to see the difference within 2 weeks. give it a try - You have NOTHING to loose :)

  • just bought mine form the asian store, and omg it is amazing. it kinda hurts but i use it for a couple minutes every hour.

  • LOL i finally used it for the first time today.

    I didn't bother reading the instructions and used it for 2 hours straight. The pain went away after 5 minutes and after that i sweated SO MUCH. I just watched movies and forgot i was actually hula hooping. USE IT. YOU SWEAT LIKE A BIIITCH.

  • @Solargen19 Bought one recently and I have to say, it hurt at first but the second time I used it, it felt good.

  • i have it it does work take abou 3 cm of waist every week i do it for 10 min a day or more you can get bruised the first few times bu defo worth it

  • it is worth it

    at first it starts out slow, after a 1 month she or you would have lost maybe 2 or 3 inches off the waist

    but for the first month for begginers, have her do 5 minutes, 2 times a day for the first week

    have her increase 5 minutes every week 2 times a day, right now i do about 30minutes while watching movies, its nice

  • here in lithuania it's worth about the same. My sister asked me to search for it. So i ended here. If u say so so and it is true i should consider to make a christmas gift for her.

  • umm why dont you just make your own it only takes like 20 to 30 mins
