Raised voices and a royal rebuke marked the end of the Ibero-American summit in Chile, with Spain's King Juan Carlos telling Venezuelan leader Hugo Chavez to "shut up."

The monarch lashed out as Chavez tried to interrupt a speech by Spain's prime minister.

Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero was criticizing Chavez for calling former Spanish premier Jose Maria Aznar a fascist.
