@ajjohn1 And even though your rottie might be healthy, buying and breeding bob-tailed rottweilers is against every single right thing to do....it's a defect, and is VERY often followed by a horrible condition called Spina Bifida...google it and see.
Proper breeders want to see a complete ban on breeding bob-tailed rottweilers, since it causes so much harm to the dogs in so many cases and this dog SHOULD have a tail..no matter what some countries think.

@KLP2566 if you can show who is in charge while they are still young, why not, get a lot of training advise and read and be dilligent about it, this advise of course applied to all types of dogs. Rotties can become very big quick and can overpower a small person, just something to keep in mind.

Great looking Rottie, docking tails is purely owner preference, they look good both ways. All of the Rotties I had and the one I have now has his tail docked. One thing I found out was, I have never seen a Rottie in an AKC dog show with a tail, never could find out why Rotties with tails are never in dog shows, like AKC,Cruffs.

my rott was born without a tail. they are called bob -tailed rottwielers . tail or not they are the best freakin dogs ever
