they should show this movie to that clownphobic chick who go`s apeshit at the mere sight of clowns or balloon animals xD

as for the balloons, they aren't what's scary. It's the fact that
1) a foreign object that's not supposed to be there, sudden;y appears out of nowhere and
2) you're being hunted by a killer clown that always carries balloons with him. If that doesn't make you fear balloons, nothing will.
