This was really about the sweetess and looks of Les Pauls, it is possible to love a guitar for the way it feels sounds and looks, however Stevie Ray used a strat when origionally recording this and Geoff Whitehorn does a great interpretation. I just try to pay homage to the aforementioned players. After recent attempts at interpreting music from great rock players like Satriani and Vai ( see earlier vids) I felt it wa time to get back to basics and maybe less is more, no dont believe thats true really think depends on mood and there is room for everything. Anyway enjoyed this and it was late at night , I hope you like

  • Very nice. The pure sound of this LP really comes through. I have a Traditional too, cherry burst. What amp are you using?

  • @ElevenBravo Hi I use a Mesa Boogie MK111 clean on this track with a small reverb wash
