The Beverly Hillbillies are back again. In this episode, titled "The Servants," Mr. Drysdale continues with his efforts to help the Clampett's become citified. To this end he convinces Jed to temporarily take on two of his domestic staff, hoping that will help.

Also in this episode, Jethro takes some hard falls from upstairs for calling Elly May a city girl. Jethro never learns.

The mystery music continues.

Culinary delights in this episode include grits and hog jowls, mustard greens and possum belly, pone and squirrel shank, boiled chicken hawk, salted down possum belly and pickled crow gizzards. Ummm doggie!
