To visit the Dali Museum in Figueres, Spain is to enter an alternative universe. A short drive from Barcelona up the Costa Brava, Surrealism is presented by its finest generative artist. It was truly the most satisfying museum experience and survey of an artist's work I've ever encountered. Cut to the music track "The Black Hawk wars or how to demolish an entire civilization" by Sufjan Stevens, stick with it till the end--you don't want to miss the Love Room!
