When I tightline and don't line the waterline, it usually does set off on my waterline as well (sometimes I just don't want that to be black though). Do you think I have to get a better eye pencil?

@Frouwke It may be the pencil. The Stila waterproof is my favorite. You could also try a cream liner, they may work better for you

@Kerina2fire you could try setting it with a black powder and see if that helps. If not you make just not be able to line your top lash line. You may just have to tight line only.

Hello!! I do have hooded eyelids but annoyingly have a crease right above my eyelashes so makes it so hard for me to apply eyeliner without it going into the creases! do you have any ideas! Love your videos!
