Jordan is quality. He's pure business and probably smashes an awful lot of birds! Warnock is also alright now he's left Sheffield United.

look what he's done already. palace lingering around the play-offs now. great motivator, as has been mentioned. he's not a tactical genius but he has a unique way of psyching his players up for a good old english game of footy. it's working at palace at the moment
