Seriously. Two improper grips. Grips like that are how people hit themselves in the face with the recoil. Your second hand should wrap around your strong hand and your thumbs should align pointing in the same direction. You should NEVER put the palm of your hand on the bottom of the grip.

wow, i dont know the last time i saw anyone teaching a cup and saucer grip for handguns. Pretty sure thats a majorly outdated technique.

@mrdroid412 I agree. I thought there was gonna be a punchline to a joke. Maybe with gigantic hands and Paul Bunyon's strength, it might work. Whenever I see it on a range, it's NOT working well to control the recoil.
