i would use ethanol instead of propane. I haven't had any problems using ethanol in my car.

Alright all you Ford haters, I am willing to bet that this would happen to any vehicle that ran on gas, converted to propane, that has cats and is in a cold climate. As he even told you the root of the problem was that at such a cold startup temperature the propane system wasn't fully atomizing the fuel, that is something that would happen on any vehicle that is running on propane in a cold climate. That includes all makes and all models, not just Fords. I am not ignorant to that fact.

So he blames it on the fact that it's a ford, then proceeds to tell us how a non ford system rigged to a ford caused the problem, Awesome?!?!?! Moron! Also to the comment about the crappy plastic intake, most companies have done at some point and i have worked on my gm 3800 series II with the plastic intake than ford 4.6l.
