This scent is indeed subtle, if you go on guerlain website they have a fragrance secret regarding this scent which makes it last all day

Very subtle scent. I wasn't smelling it anymore and then got a compliment from my wife on how good I smell. Very high quality.

You're right about the lime being nice to see in fragrances instead of lemon. You should smell it in one of the new ones you just got...Varvatos!

I liked this one. The opening for me was citrusy limes and crushed mint leaves with a mild floral accord. Very nice opening. It dries down to a vetiver, but still sustains the lime note. The sillage crept closer to the skin after 3-4 hours. Longevity is great - about 10 hours - but it was very close to the skin. I'm considering buying this fragrance. Oh, and I would really like to see a review on Guerlain L'Instant. Great review Tim! And as always, keep doing what you're doing! 5 starred!
