Ever since their debut feature Shanghai Blues in 1984, power couple Tsui Hark (徐克) and Nansun Shi (施南生) have created several films through Film Workshop (電影工作室) that has come to define modern Hong Kong cinema.

In a wide-ranging interview with the Post, Ms Shi speaks to film editor Clarence Tsui on a variety of issues concerning the changing nature of Hong Kong's and the mainland's film industry.

Also in the video, Ms Shi discusses the working relationship with her husband and co-founder, Tsui Hark.
