China, India and some other developing countries effectively torpedoed any chance of a binding agreement.The attitude being 'why should we pay for something that you (1st world countries) created.
Only yesterday, NASA reported over the decade's 1st nine years, global temperatures averaged 0.6 degrees Celsius higher than the 1951-1980 average.
I'm not giving up on the planet yet.

The problem with obtaining a strategy from one of these gatherings is that it requires the attendees to agree on everything. In reality, everyone goes to these think tanks with the objective of pushing their own agenda, and not giving an inch to anyone else. It almost seems to be all about deciding what we CAN'T do, rather than what we CAN do, to solve our environmental concerns.

Anyone thats thinks that the "Leaders" and Negotiations" are legitimate are deluded beyond help. This is a charade, the "Leaders" are simply actors, acting out a well rehearsed scenario designed to enhance the already pre determined agenda. These types of summits are for those that think that voting is worthwhile and that the people have a say in world Politics...........Now is the time to grow up and realise that you are being deceived.

Failure, and I love how they say the time for debate is over! Even though the scientific community are spit on this issue. C02 is not toxic either it is essential for ALL LIFE.
