  • why the hell aren't cars today steam powered? cuz really, steam cars get about the same mileage and much more torque [not nearly as safe in a crash tho...]

  • So funny to see the oil powered cars vs the steam car - the steam engine wins!!

  • @ivankoran Yup, even the expensive stuff is less than a quarter of the price of 91 in NZ.

  • @dquad yeah, with stuff like computer controlled valves and carbon fiber boiler shells. these could quite possible be much better than gasoline cars.

    not to mention that coal doesn't cost nearly as much per pound as gas ;)
