Come'on It is Iberia, what did you expect??? They maybe didnt do announcements because they afraid pax wouldnt understand their horrible accent!!!
I dont see a flight crew standing by the door at 00:48 as he is wearing civilian clothing.. Maybe the crew was already out the plane and left the pax onboard

wow! fire the most unprofessional crew that i have seen in an emergency situation!!! there should be announcements made by cabin crew to get these people out, not to stop by and grab their luggage! this will make me never fly with iberia! wow

If you're going to take your bags, at least get them ready before evacuation! I understand how hard it is to find a replacement passport, car and house keys and medication, but don't bottle neck my galley when you're all rushing to the front with your too-late collected bags! Do what I do, have them ready for evacuation, in easy reach! ;)

Depends what you've got in your bags darling! If theres a safety demo kit worth 70 quid sitting there that you could easily sell on eBay, you're going to take it!

that is why i hate spanish flights these pax never bother to pay attention to anything from safety demo and later they have problems even with fastening their seatbelts

I am also a flight attendant, and for the life of me can't understand the lack of urgency here. The passengers themselves might not be aware of what danger they might be in, which is why they probably were trying to gather their belongings, but the flight attendants should have had things moving much faster than this.
