SECOND FLOOR: On the second level, the "Palmetto Suite" is furnished with a queen bed and has a private bath and access to the second level deck. This floor has a spacious living room with deck access and a 42-inch flat screen plasma TV with surround sound and DVD player, though guests may enjoy the ocean views so much the TV never comes on! A wood-burning fireplace makes this a perfect spot for winter gatherings, as well as summer. The living and dining room each have tray ceilings and hardwood floors. The dining room seats eight guests. Off the dining area is a wet bar and ice machine. The kitchen has a breakfast area which seats six guests, and offers deck access and ocean views. The second level deck is furnished and includes a gas barbeque grill and a dining table for six. A half bath off the hall services the family areas. THIRD FLOOR: The entire third level of this grand home is the executive master suite. Furnished with a queen bed, a wood-burning fireplace makes this a cozy retreat. There is also a sitting area with a TV and DVD player, a bachelor's kitchen, and a full bath. The view is spectacular, and can be enjoyed from inside the suite, or from outside on the private balcony.
