I tell my own dumbass fucking dentist about this and they keep telling me "oh but it's been recommended by the ADA!" And I'm like... yeah... because they aren't telling you why they're really using it... and they're like oh but it's good for your teeth! And I'm like no... NO IT'S NOT. They still don't believe me... I use ANTI flouride toothpaste, going on 2 years now.

@dappledydoo i don't think there's anything you can do about reversing the damage already present or removing it from your body. i wish there was.

@theblackmanOyeah That's the thing. I can't find anything that says what CAN remove the stuff from your body. All I ever find is the dangers. And I have come across a few articles that state "that although they -say- they can remove fluoride from water, those water filters actually do not." That's scary!

@dappledydoo research it yourself is all i can say. i'm not sure how to detoxify from it, again... research it. i know right now i am doing heavy metal detox from things such as mercury by consuming cilantro leaves, a spice that is the most effective chelator (remover/cleanser) of heavy metals, which basically pulls the metals from where they bio accumulate in the body.

@bonesnskulls1 spring water? hmm maybe like mountain ice spring water, that gets pumped out of LAKE MICHIGAN. you obviously have no idea what you're talking about. spring water is usually nothing but repackaged tap water. straight from the poisoned reserves.

@theblackmanOyeah I have heard reverse osmosis doesn't remove fluoride at all, just chlorine and minerals. Does anyone know for sure about this? Anything scientifically sound that verifies what DOES remove fluoride? Plus, I would like to know how to get it out of your body....
