I wouldn't say you are retarded for not knowing of this meme/video, i would say you've been living under a rock to be honest. Even If you use Facebook only once a day, you should have seen it at-least once, or at-least something relating back to it. Reading memes 24/7 has nothing to do with it, it would have come up on your news-feed heaps of times, even if you don't have 4Chan...
