Hi...I really like your body...I have a lot of fat in the exterior thigh and upper arm. And when I touch them they are hard as rock...so what moves do you recommand for me to do to especially lose "weight" on these areas? Thanki you~~
It doesn't sound like you have fat there if it's hard--perhaps it's muscle? Do yoga and eat well, and you'll lose fat and gain longer, leaner muscles, so you will see the results you want either way! Good luck! Sadie
About 4-600, depending on your weight. Plus, and most importantly, a regular yoga practice that's challenging like this one amps up your metabolism all day long so you burn more calories--even as you sleep because you're building lean muscle mass. Have fun! xoSadie
