  • thanks...my problem was different however was solved by this. My issue was that the library was not updating my folder heirarchy and so all files showed up together even though they were put in separate folders within folders while i could see folder segregation if i navigate like d:\work>>.... .

  • thx it was a big help because i stupidly deleted the pubic folders and this was wat i needed

  • @NayaOnewLuv i guess u got the Win 7 virus to right?? i got it and i got all my stuff restored and unhidden :P

  • I had nothing in my Libraries folder so i tried this but this didnt help. But i also tried "show hidden files" and it showed up. I cant get the files to change back to not hidden.

  • Simple, and solved my problem. Thanks

  • awww man thankyou so much i was panicking like crazy

  • I tried this but my Pictures library is still missing. I also did what anewdayproductions suggested about making sure "show in navigation panel" was selected and it was. I have also tried clicking and dragging and copy/pasting the Library back to the libraries folder but it won't allow me. Saying that the source and destination names are the same! I even tried renaming the Pictures library and still no go. Please help!!
