@remy499 You forgot to mention Adam's punishment. How come you're not quoting that? Yes, it said that he will rule her. It did NOT say that he SHOULD dominate (rule) her. Yes, men are over women. However, men have to follow the example of Christ and the way he treated his disciples, not harsh. The scriptures even brings out how if a man does not treat his woman right and honoring her, his prayers will NOT be heard (1st Peter 3:7). He too has to answer to God. How come you guys don't teach that?

@remy499 First of all, Ecclesiasticus is not part of the Bible, so it doesn't count. It's a man-made book. It also contradicts the Bible. Yes, a woman with no shame is shameful, but that goes for the man as well. Yes, the head of the women is the head, but how did the Bible said to treat her? Have you read the entire book of Ephesians 5 on how the man is supposed to act and how he should treat her? It does not mention that he should put her down and insult her like BHI do.

One ,more point, our men have to keep themselves out of jail. They can not be the head of a family from prison. Please stop making everything one sided. I can understand your point of view and fully accept the bible. When you blame one gender, you are also giving that gender all of the power too. Remember it is the white man that placed the bw over the bm. He did this to keep the bm powerless. That is also part of the same slave mentality which filters into relationships. Many can't be in their roles as women because too many men abandon them w/ kids. Drugs and alcohol also kills relationships.
