Mini Hamburger Dessert - Perfect for Summer Picnics!

Now that summer is right around the corner, I thought I'd make these little hamburger desserts that my neighbor Debbie used to make every year at your annual court picnic when I was little. They are super delicious and make the perfect snack for a summer picnic or barbeque! (:

@sweetsforchu You can make it without coconut! To make it more realistic add a drop of red food coloring to the icing and make it look like ketchup (: yum!

Here's a tip!! Put red food coloring an mix with white frosting to create ketchup! :)
