you can sue over music parody it is a distinctive art form but to sue you have to prove that you are loosing money because they are using your music in a new form. This is why Weird AL not only has to obtain permission but pay a royalty fee.

@snowboardslider I completely agree with you! Many of the songs in out Christian culture (especially Christmas songs) used familiar secular tunes and put God-honouring lyrics to them.

You are blind. The bible says we shall know who is for God or against Him by their fruit, or by what they do. It is obvious that Apologetix is a Christian, God serving band because their lyrics show it! And they give their testimoniy every show! I read 1 corinthians 10:20-22...you totally took it out of context. It does NOT mean what you are twisting it to mean!!! "What was meant for evil, God is using for good." The original songs that 'J' listened to as a kid are being changed for God's glory!
