I want a GTI Mk6 and I own a car that destroys a lot of cars. Look at my profile. After owning a 4cyl car that out performs a lot of V8s and can out roll race some Evos I've come to learn that when I'm not gunning it, I hate my daily drive! After test driving the GTI. This is going to be my next car.

why does it matter if the gti is slower or not compared to the lambo. both these cars are technically from the same family (you can say step sisters) since VW owns lamborghini anyways.

@hondacar: Actually the GTI is great car, but it's not a drag/race car by any means, I own a GTI but if i wanted to tear ass around the streets i'd buy an STI and become a cop magnet, or an S5 and pay it off for the next 15 years. Plus, the people on the roads who want to race all look like insecure wankers, not a club I'm keen to join. What do you drive?

It's because of owners with modded GTIs that have clips on YT and believe they have the fastest FWDs on EARTH!!!..People in previous posts STILL believe a Stage 4(?) MKV GTI would be able to keep up with the Lambo.You see where I'm coming from?

I'm guessing no one posting has ever even watched an episode of Top Gear before.....they do stuff like this ALL the time. It's called entertainment. One of the best shows on TV, in my opinion. Actually, that isn't such a hard thing to accomplish given the fact that there is a stupid fucking reality show on every other channel!!!
