Obama hasn't provided a valid C.O.L.B. the one that was posted in the DailyKOS and his web site is invalid.
Obama has not been properly Veted for the position of President of the United States.
When enrolled in school in Indonesia or Kenya, their laws prohibit dual citizenship, If he were a citizen of the United States there would be official C.O.L.B. as of yet he nor his campaign nor has Hawaii produced one.
The DNC was already served with a court order on the day he accepted in Denver.

A lawsuit has been filed to prevent Barack Obama from being the Democratic Party nominee for president because it has been documented that Barack Obama is not a "natural-born citizen" as required by the U.S. Constitution. Obama Campaign claims that the lawsuit has been dismissed are false. The lawsuit is proceding through the federal courts.
