Let's Play Aztec (Atari 800XL - 8 bit version)

Hi all

I've decided to make a series of LP's (as they call them in the biz), most of them will revolve around the Atari 8bit series of games which don't feature enough on the tube.

I do apologise for A)Any swearing, sorry! B)My coughing, damn dust allergy and C)My uneasiness, it's my first LP and I'm a little nervous, I'm sure I'll get the hang of them though.

Anyway woo to my first vid and lets hope there's more and you enjoy them

5. When you throw a stick of dynamite and immediately throw several repeatedly the sticks numbering changes to various keyboard characters, then you have infinite sticks.

6. If you have infinite sticks then you can made a bridge of sticks and join paths.

7. You can go through walls by walking close behind of small creatures.

8. You can walk on any creature, except the giant octopus. Therefore, it is possible to avoid some creatures walking on larger ones.

3. You can go through creatures or aztec warriors by pressing Reset + "L" at each step you walk.

4. The bottom of the final level is undestructible but if you press Reset + "L" in a jump you go through the ground and then you fall in a bizarre world where staris are incomplete, creatures are stains in motion and cannot go back. That is a mistake of game. My brother and I used to name it as The Netherworld.

1. When you put Reset + "L" in a jump you can get two results :

a. You can fly close the ground across the screen

b. You can go through the ground and fall to the lower path

2. If you are dead by an explosion (e. g. when you get The Idol) you can press Reset + "L" and revive.

there was a cheat for this game to get infinite weapons.crawl to the side of a ridge and drop grenade as fast as you can.your grenade counter goes haywire.giving you all you need.you will need them for that giant octopus

Looks more like you are learning to play Aztec than playing it.

I spend my childhood playing games like this... Aztec, Montezuma, Zorro. There was also game on C-64, you could play using male or female character, and when you touched someone your clothes have been stolen. There was also termometer on screen - I don't remember why. Maybe you remember title of this game?
