VLOG entry: both typed and video'd!

Freelance Web Design: I was offered a freelance web design job that sounds like a good way to make some extra cash! I will be an 'outsource' for them, providing regular updates based on marketing material they provide.
Don Jacobs: I had an impromptu meeting with the Manager of Sales at Don Jacob's Auto Dealership. They were very grateful for my video of the Milwaukee Pride Parade, 2008 - they had 12 cars in the parade, and they were interested in getting the hard copy video of this. After agreeing to provide that (of course), we had some casual conversation about what they can do to get their cars out there in the community without it just being about 'advertising'. Our discussions included non-profits, branding, etc that would show a 'donation' car from Don Jacobs to the organization. This would have dual branding on the vehicle, and of course, would server both the advertising needs of the dealership as well as allowing a charity or org the ability to have a car for the parade; something that they may not have been able to do.
Money: Money situation is ok. i have been paid for my severance and last paycheck/vacation, so I should be ok without a job for a bit yet. On that tiopic, I can say that I haven't really been doing a very good job looking. I told myself that I would take a little time to myself to do the things I wanted to do - enjoy the summer, for one thing.
Some of those 'summer' things include food with family. As i told you before, I took my 'kids' out for the day. I really enjoyed having Alex and Anya; it made me feel like I was truly an adult. I had some real responsibility, and they were probably the most well-manner children I have interacted with in a while. Of course, all that changed when their mother came to pick them up, but that's neither here nor there. I have made plans with Donna to do a breakfast some morning; Dianne and I have planned for a cookout in August, and my mother and I are in negotiations to get together for our dinner. This is a relief, because I have been trying to get my mother to go to dinner with me for about a year now.
I went to Green bay over the weekend and managed to spend a whopping TWELVE dollars (sans gas money). We had a great cookout at my friend Steve's house, drank a bit, watched some firework show they had downtown, and then walked to the local gay bars for a fun night of debauchery. Very good time. Robert, the owner of XS recognized me when I mentioned I was from Milwaukee - so from that point on, it was shot after shot after shot. The 12 dollars comes in because My drinks, Raz Stoli and 7-up: in Green Bay, they are 2.50$. Yup. That's it. Shots? 2$ flat. Isn't that Farking CRAZY!?
Tom: We had a really nice talk about some things the other day, and I found that a good portion of the reason we broke up simply was because of issues he is having. It's not something I did, or said, per se' - this came as a big relief.

Ok, so that's all i could fit on the video blog, and in an effort to be fair in all this, I will bring up the other topics when I do my next video. Hope you are all having a great summer!

I took professional speaking..you can reduce saying um a few different ways. The biggest way is to just take a break from speaking instead of saying um while you think of what to say :)

The Umm an Ahh thing was not to be mean.. Just thought it was cute haha LOL. But its great your Having fun. BTW we kown each other since 1999. HA HA HA! we have a man in common too. well wish you luck wih the Job hunts!
