Chinese Sweet Soup For Health Maintenance (49).

Sweet Soup is a Chinese delicacy especially popular in the southern city of Guangzhou where the Cantonese call it sweet water 糖水. Sweet soup contains no meat, some dry fruits, some neutral tasting herbs, and has a delightfully sweet flavor with the addition of a small quantity of rock or brown sugar. Sweet soup can be eaten hot or ice-cold.

Sweet soup is eaten as a snack between meals and before bedtime. It is more popular among women who like to enhance beauty, skin, hair, nails, voice, and the Yin character in general.
