Internet Connecton Troubleshooting

A few steps you can try to see if your Internet Connection is working at a low level. If you can get PING working you know you are connected. Next try to see if Internet Explorer ( or your browser ) works as well. The browser uses the internet connection. If PING works but not the broswer you may have a problem with the browser. Try Email to see if that works.

Very cool, didn't know how to do continuous ping....this was simple, user friendly and to the point. Well done, you should make more vids for more complex issues (how to address viruses, how to setup a multi-PC home network, setup a router etc), every day issues for the people, you teach without pretense, folks appreciate that. Internet connected but not working its sending to the internet but not recieveing im using a cable what should i do? i did everything i can think of i need help

you also forgot to mention about ipconfig /flushdns that will help too.
