I've posted both sides separately. This was the A side. Horn driven garage funk. If you pause the vid you'll maybe see the guys on the picture sleeve.

  • Hey Tibus. Thanks for posting this, it has special meaning. Any reason in particular why you posted this 45?

  • @RedButterfly7777 No special reason for posting. It's a 45 from my collection. I like it and happened to be playing at home at the time........That about sums up my channel! Thanks for your comment.

  • tibus...Do You have The Record by Chris Farren ' You've Changed My Whole Life around'? would love to see it uploaded on youtube...noooo it isn't on here yet lol I do have it but it has a jump in it :-(

  • @Soulie70 Charles Farren on Hawk. Haven't got that one sorry.

  • check out Joey Irving 'Can you handle me baby' and Just Us 'we got a good thing going' on the Vincent label out of Chicago.

I gave Joey Irving to Gavin Page to play in the late 90's and now goes for quite some sum of money. Think Gav played it a fair bit.

  • @smallframe66 Yes,I'll post some more of the Vincent 45's in the future.

  • Wonderful :))

  • I bought this of Dean Anderson approx 15 years ago as a unknown, hence I covered it as 'Dean & The Damons' as Dean was still riding high with 'Frankie & The Damons - Man From Soul'. I found another copy that Saus had as he loved it and then another that Andy Dyson bought off me. Also played 'This Time Boy' early doors at the Wilton with Mouse approx 5 years ago. Reviewed the record in Shades of Soul and Mike Hughes put 'Get Down' on a CD under its cover up name.

  • @Soulie70 Quite pleased when I 1st played this side.........originally bought the record for the flip several years ago.

  • Great Upload tibus! :-)
