The people of Houston voted to ban red light cameras on November 2nd, 2010. After 13 days of delaying, the city finally upheld the will of its citizens and ordered ATS to shut them off.

Lawsuit may be filed by both the city and ATS over the contract cancelation

  • Police in Iowa violated my civil rights to a trial

    I chose to contest the accusation and waited for a court summons

    Instead I was invited to ask for a "hearing" with the police department to which of course I did not agree. Police department have no authority to hold court. Only the court may hold court. I never received a summons to answer the charge but a fine was imposed by the red light camera people without a trial and moved to collections.

    I'm looking for a civil rights lawyer.
