Wow the child like people in the Democrat Party not long ago were complaining about the control The Patriot Act gave to Goverment. Now they support taking the healthcare system out of the hands of The People & giving it to a out of control Government. Where the rules and regulations will be enforced at the point of a gun with threats of fines and prison. If you do not obey or resist? Yes they can even shoot you dead. If this bill passes & you don't like this bill, you can also vote your Congressman or Congresswoman out of office if they vote for this bill, & you can contribute to the campaign of your choice who is running against your Congressman or Congresswoman if they vote for this bill & encourage everyone you know to do likewise. Article 1, Section 7 of the Constitution stipulates that for any bill to become a law, it must pass both the House of Representatives and the Senate. That is, not be "deemed" to have passed, but actually be voted on with the support of the required majority. The bill must contain the exact same language in both chambers and in the version signed by the president to be a legitimate law.

If House Democrats pass a special rule that "deems" the Senate health care bill to have passed, allowing them to bypass an up-or-down roll call vote, it would be a violation of Article 1, Section VII of the U.S. Constitution...
