  • Ok, I think I know.. The coil feature overlaps. So for the purist, I would change your template to a pitch 1/20 (as per ANSI for a UNF bolt of 1/2") and would you use a coil feature pitch of 1/20 + 0.0001" (or something). This way I'm not getting the error as I changed your template to a pitch of 1/20.

    Anyways, this tip really helped me.

    Also, I notice your pitch (in your template) is 1/21. Any reason why you don't use the ANSI UNF standard at 1/20 like the pitch you select in the coil feature?
