I guess nobody remembers Season 2 when Shredder whipped all 4 of the Turtles or when Shredder swapped bodies with Splinter and kicked the crap out of all 4 of the turtles through training. Somebody needs to do a fan fic and set it right!

@SonicSnail95 I would if they gave the classic turtles a little more dignity like closer to their 1st season counter parts or the last couple of seasons where they were kicking booty as well.

Also get the original voice actors :P They need to set it right!

@watercat1302 none of the original VAs from the 80's series could return due to some union BS.

the replacements aren't TOO different, but it would have been that much better if they could have gotten James Avery, Rob Paulson, and all the others.

@AdamGomez87 the idea is that, where the new Shredder is basically a completely ruthless embodiment of everything evil, the classic Shredder, in addition to being far more camp, suffered personal defeats at the hands of the turtles far more often.

this is a great special, they really need to release it in its full length in widescreen with some special features, I'd buy the hell out of it.

I love both kinds of TMNT. I love the '80s version (cuz it was funny ;) and the ones from '03-'07 (cuz they had action!) and of course I love the '07 TMNT movie! I kinda like '08 version but not as good. TMNT will live on forever!

Is it just me or the 1987 turtles are way funnier in the movie than in their own series??? BTW, their voice sound funny though, kinda different.
