First of all the Gal demonstrating the item is very elegant and her bare foot is gorgeous. It seems to me that it's possible that using that thing is tickling her foot. Notice how as she starts she laughs not once but a few times, and even stumbles over her words. I'm willing to bet she's terribly ticklish on the soles of her gorgeous feet...they are sexy!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the lady advertising the product. She is not in the least bit flabby, she has a wonderful voice and her "ex-dancer's feet" are actually quite cute!
