@hooobbz yes it is. you can smoke it in coffeeshops and hotels and stuff, but not on the streets. if you do, then the police will arrest you.

I'm a Christian and NO pot is not a sin if used for medical purposes....even a bit for recreational is fine...if done in moderation....nothing "sinful" about it.

1st-Even your interpretation of this verse is off, when i smoke marijuana i do not seek to reach the dead or other Gods. You would know this if you have smoked it. Therefore this verse is not applicable.
2nd- Classic example of circular reasoning. "Why is the sky blue"-"Because it is blue". This is about the same as, "why is smoking marijuana wrong?" "Because its wrong".
3rd- it does effect short term memory; however, you should ask my harvard bound valedictorian pot head.

OK, first you talking as if people do it for no reason, what about medical cannabis? And most of your (FACTS) aren't even facts, they are lies given by the government to make people believe that it is harmful to your body, maybe if you would look for research for once that is done in the 21st century not the 1930's studies then you would see that you are wrong in many ways.I CLAIM IT NOT A SIN PEOPLE !!!
