Note: Meanwhile this Heli is sold! (may 2009)

Just want to encourage all Beginners out there!
I got my RTF Belt CP Carbon Edition on 14.01.08 and i had NO real R/C experience before. I just bought a Flight Sim (Reflex XTR), but have NOT used it at all. What you see, is what i learned all by myself within this period. It's approx. the 20th, but not more then 25th battery load. The build in Gyro broke 5 flights ago and i had to change it myself. This time i build in the Esky Head Lock Gyro (i fortunately had ordered with the initial Order). I had NO clue how to and sucked all infos from the Web and used the guide that was delivered with the Heli.
Let me know what you think!
Thanks for watching and any posted comment.

  • was this your first flight ever with an r/c heli?

  • @Alcadeias2

Its like i explain in the description. Its Battterieload 20-25, but most of them was just learning to hover at the inside parkinglot.

Talking outside, this was flight my 5th flight.

  • think that you need to check the blade tracking

  • hi.

thanks, but no, it was perfect that day. Just the video that makes you think. But today thats my problem. I can't get the tracking right anymore, no matter how hart i try. Maybe i need new Headdampers.

    But thanks anyway.

  • That gyro seems to do a good job of holding the tail, did you use the stock tail servo in this flight?

  • Sorry for the late reply.

It is the Esky HeadHolding Gyro (EK2-0704A), not the Stock Gyro.

  • you just made me feel 100% better with this video :) spent £100 on buying this exact model! was gunna get the v2 but i decided to spend the extra £60 i saved on upgrades :)

  • Do you fly in Idle up mode?

  • whoops i thought it was the v2 carbon ed. sorry!

  • why the ugly old canopy?

  • try using a pitch gauge, get it on idel up mode, (ESC unplugged, do it always you are working on your heli, so it doesn't hit you on the face!) half throttle stick, pitch has to be at zero, it also will make your blades run in track.

why the sound of the blades spinning sounds like that? it gets higer and lower lke a ni ni ni ni ni ni ni or something like that, don't know how to explain it, you should check what is causing that, i don't know really
