The second Photo Quranic verse is at the last part of Sura 2, Aya 283 (2.282) Which is a portion of the entire Aya. It's not a complete Aya, but it is a complete sentence in translation.

2nd Photo Verse 2.283: وَمَن يَكْتُمْهَا فَإِنَّهُ آثِمٌ قَلْبُهُ

( Wa man Yaktomoha FaEnnaho Assemon Qalboh)

Translation: Conceal not evidence; for whoever conceals it,- (His heart is tainted with sin) Note: Allah (God) knows the best an He is the best of the planners. Its not a disease IGNORANTS

I found the verses, here are the translation:

1- the fist PHOTO: well-known Hadith (saying) of Prophet Mohammad [mentioned in Sahih al-Bukhari, Vol. 8, #493 & #627] appears on the baby's leg and can be translated as: "If you knew what I know, you would laugh at little and weep a lot."

2- Second PHOTO: verse (2: 283) appears on the baby's leg and can be translated as: "Don't withhold testimony (bearing witness). Whoever withholds it, his hearts becomes tainted with sin". Check it out.
