@averyms ...Yes one of Sam Neil's most underrated preformances overlooked because the movie was just barely so so ...although Neil's preformance was brilliant and understated ...where many actors would have chewed up scenery...he played the part in way that i didn't completey hate character (even though he's susposed be THE evil character of all) which to me is not a easy job.

@Grazmataz37 I think it was supposed to be scary because he's so cute, but he's the evil son of Satan. The smile was just like Damien going, "Hee hee...they're dead. I won!"

that kid scared the living crap out of me when i was young. that film and the book to, it was scary. not anymore, but at the time.

from the day i saw the 2nd film i became obsessed with the omen series. watched both films almost every weekend for ages and even wrote my own story about the antichrist. it wasnt till recently when i lost a girl to a christian colt that i realized why i was obsessed. but bogenhagen said it all. he will practise and prosper till he destroys the mighty and the holy (politics and religion) ironically the 2 most evil entities on earth.
