@MegaTim200 overclocking = increase the clock speed of a CPU to a higher than it was designed. Eg, you have a 2.2ghz core 2 duo, you can overclock the device to run at 2.5ghz. Problems with overclocking are increased temperature and system instability.

Debug mode to place the badnics ad nauseum and slow the game down, the overclocking which removed the slowdown.

@agentq1980 Which is true, but you can see a noticable freeze then jump in framerate each time, which is when he sets it to overclock. :P So you're HALF-true. :)

He had to use the debug mode to show that the game was enhanced(i don't know if overclocked is the best term) because the debug mode slows down the game and it haven't

Well. It's not a simple debug cheat code code. Look how the game after a little stop started to run faster.
If you put many things with debug mode the game ALWAYS slow-down. This is one of the reasons for the Ashura glitch. I don't know if it's a simple overclock, but it isn't only debug mode

Thats bull. It not overclocked. He is just using the debug cheat code for sonic 2. Its real easy to do. Look it up.
