How was the crowd's reaction? Bostongirl210, a commenter on a review of this concert from Boston Herald said the crowd from the lawn area were just sitting around, not dancing or standing, wrapped with blankets and had dissapointed faces. Is this true or is this just a reaction of an AP hater/disgruntled SP fan?

NO One I know agrees with you that was at the show! Disappointed people!? NO WAY!!!
The whole show rocked! And NO, we were not there only to here past songs, we went because we love Journey's sound and the new lead is excellent!!! Old songs, new songs we wanted it all! If there were people sitting down around you (where were YOU sitting!?) it may be they were chillin after a long day at work, bad knees or whatever! but I did not hear 1 negative about the show! until your comment here that is.

Wow, who are these people that did not get the vibe of the show! Hmm maybe some old Steve Perry fans were just missing him? This show rocked! Everyone I talked to loved it! Some love the new guy maybe more than Journey! lol! There is a new younger crowd that follow him too that joined us Journey fans.
The show was great!! Nothing short of amazing!
And other than a few post here and there (likely Perry lovers) NO ONE was disappointed I heard from.
Journey ROCKS now more than ever!!!
